The downsides are significant: the interface hasn't been updated in years, there's no AI feedback mechanism, video content is limited, and at £49.99 it's not cheap for what you get. The 350+ scenarios are PLAB-focused but lack the depth and variety of Anglotec's 805+. The community is the strongest selling point, but you can get community support through free Facebook groups while using a better platform for actual study.
DrBeen offers good quality video lectures that explain clinical concepts well. The platform is particularly popular among USMLE students, and the teaching quality is solid. However, this is fundamentally not a PLAB 2 OSCE preparation tool.
The OSCE scenario bank is limited to ~200 scenarios, and they're not formatted for the PLAB 2 station structure.
